YMCA360 is an on-demand video platform for our Y community that offers group exercise classes, youth sports training, and well-being classes for all fitness levels. So when you can’t see us at the Y, you can still work toward your fitness goals! YMCA360 is available on the web, mobile, AppleTV, Roku & Android TV.

YMCA360 is FREE and it’s only available to active members.

YMCA360 offers more than 800 on-demand and live-stream videos from Ys across the country.

YMCA360 is also where you will access the Framingham Branch Gym, GroupEx, Pool, and Pickleball schedules and make reservations for GroupEx!

You can download the new Y360 app from the Apple and Google Play stores.

With YMCA360, not only do you get fitness classes, but you also get classes for kids! Experience classes like gymnastics, youth sports, science, cooking, visual arts, and more!

YMCA360 has classes for all levels. Beginner, Intermediate, and You can expect classes like basics,cardio & strength, dance & step, Pilates, yoga, meditation and more!
To access our YMCA360, you must have an email address listed in your YMCA Member account. If you have trouble accessing YMCA360, visit our member services desk at the Framingham Branch and make sure your email address is attached to your membership.
