A Y Membership Has Its Benefits
 At the MetroWest YMCA, our members enjoy a full range of benefits, which include:

  • Unlimited attendance to our group exercise classes which include cycling, kickboxing, step classes and more. Pilates is now free for members.
  • Over 80 hours of lap swimming time per week in our heated indoor pool
  • Designated open swim and family swim times.
  • Access to our NEW Wellness Center which includes a Nautilus/Cardiovascular Center, Free Weight area, and Youth and Family Interactive Gym. Also including free orientation sessions with our Fitness Staff on the use of Nautilus and Cardiovascular equipment.
  • Access to open basketball, family, youth, teen and preschool open gym time in our full size gymnasium.
  • Member rates on instructional and specialty programs for youth, teens, adults, and seniors, including aquatics, private swim instruction, yoga, gymnastics, sports, preschool enrichment classes and more, offered at our Framingham and Hopkinton branches. Financial Assistance is Available
The MetroWest YMCA has an ASSIST program that helps individual and families by providing a portion of financial aid for memberships. Please complete the ASSIST form and drop it off with us.

NOTE: The ASSIST application process can take up to three to four weeks to complete, so if you want your child to be enrolled in our summer day camp programs, please plan ahead and complete the form as soon as possible.

The protection of our members and guests participating in our programs and/or using our facilities is a paramount interest of the MetroWest YMCA. We reserve the right to deny access or membership to any person who has been accused or convicted of any crime including, but not limited to: crimes involving sexual abuse; is a registered sex offender; habitually or excessively uses narcotics or dangerous drugs; has ever been convicted of any offense relating to the use, sale, possession, or transportation of narcotics or habit-forming and/or dangerous drugs; or continuously or excessively uses intoxicating beverages; or has been convicted of carrying a concealed weapon of any kind.
