Saturday, September 23rd WELCOME WEEKEND at the MetroWest YMCA

Pop in and try a few demos! See how classes are formatted and experience something new! Have fun with some dance and step skills or work those muscles to gain strength and stability. Relax the mind and body in a nice peaceful environment. All are welcomed! Hope to see you there!
