The MetroWest YMCA has converted our Member Management Software.  

The previous member management software known as Y Web will be used (going forward) to make payments online for Educational Program Services such as: Early Learning Center, Schools Out and Summer Camp payments

The current (new) software known as Y-Spirit will be used to manage your Membership and to register for instructional classes and programs online, classes and programs such as: Youth Sports, Swimming, Outdoor Adventure and Adult Classes and programs.

Your current login and password will work for both accounts (and it's not case sensititve).

To Register for Classes:  

•   We encourage you to login to our new system and familiarize yourself with it.

•   Your current login and password will work with Y-Spirit. 

•   You may have noticed in this printed program guide there are no class codes listed.  Our new software system uses Class ID #’s (new version of codes)  We as a staff team have been working  to correctly enter these Class ID numbers into our new system and will release them as soon as we are finished. The Class ID numbers will be available online, at the Member Service Desk and  you will receive an email when they have been released.

•   The new Y-Spirit software has a robust search capability to search by class name, day, location  and class ID number.  We encourage you to login and explore your account ahead of registration time.

If you need any assistance locating your user name and password, have trouble logging in or have questions we encourage you to call the Member Service Desk.
