Support The Y Strengthen Your Community

The generosity of others is at the core of our existence. It is only through the support of our hundreds of thousands of volunteers and public and private donors that we are able to give back to the communities we serve.

• Annually over 450 adults and teens throughout the MetroWest area volunteer at the Y.
• During the school year, the MetroWest YMCA employs 50 full-time and 200+ part-time staff of which 25% are under the age of 21.  During the summer, 120+ additional employees join the staff, of which 85% are high school and college students.
