METROWEST  YMCA FRAMINGHAM CAMP OCP 2012

June 25 -August 24, 2012
For children who have completed Kindergarten through Grade 5.
This camp is based at the Framingham Branch.

This program offers 9 one-week sessions.  Each Weekly theme will incorporate books recommended by MetroWest teachers and librarians as well as field trips, water play in our indoor pool and outdoor waterslide and a wide variety of engaging activities that take place both in and out of the building. Camp OCP is designed to support children in being active and healthy. 

Camp OCP will also include components of the YMCA of the USA’s Activate America® Food and Fun nutrition and physical activity curriculum designed to encourage children and their families to develop healthy eating habits and the desire to lead active lives.  Each day children will be encouraged to be physically active for at least 90 minutes as well as participate in an activity to promote healthy nutritional choices.
