Fall Basketball Leagues

 

Get ready for Basketball season!   The MetroWest YMCA has a fall basketball league that begins in November.  Sign up today!

We are also looking for volunteer coaches.  Please see our Basketball flyer for more information on the leagues, times, and coaches info.

  • Evaluation Day is Saturday, November 19th. Big Shots 1:30pm, Hot Shots 2:30pm, Lady Big Shots 3:30pm, Lady Hot Shots, Superstars + Lady Superstars , MVP + Lady MVP 4:30pm. This League starts on November 19th for evaluation day for all members in theses leagues listed. League information and T-Shirt’s will be given once teams are created.
  • November 12th UP YOUR T-Shirt Day! Rookie: 12:30pm, Small Shots: 1:30pm ; Lady Small Shots: 2:30pm
  •  November 16th —Make up PICK UP YOUR T-SHIRT DAY!!! Rookie / Small Shots/ Lady Small Shots– 8:00pm
  • Leagues that include a practice start practicing the week of November 27th.
  • Yearly Rosters and schedules will be given at PICK UP YOUR T-Shirt Day or Evaluation Day.
  • All games are played on SATURDAYS and will Start on December 3rd.
  •  All league prices includes a league T-Shirt.

 

New Coaches Clinic: October 22nd, 3:00pm, come learn how to run a successful team and be part of a winning organization. Perfect for those who want to be involved but want to brush up on their skills. All new and returning coaches must attend pre-season meetings on the following dates to coach:

 

Coaches Meetings:

  • Rookie + Lady Small Shots—Tuesday October 25th 7:00pm.
  • Small Shots + Lady Big Shots- Wednesday October 26th 7:00pm
  • Big Shots / Hot Shots / Lady Hot Shots / Lady Superstars—Thursday October 27th 7:00pm.
  • Super Stars / MVP Division / Lady MVP Division—Friday October 28th 7:00pm
