During this interruption in service, the MetroWest YMCA is working to find creative ways to fulfill our mission of delivering on our three areas of focus; Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility for all.

Conversations & Games

*New!* Being stuck at home has been hard, and we miss our members and making new friends! We've made a new program just for chatting, playing games, and sharing a laugh!

Grab 'N Go

FREE meals for children 18 and under. Pickup is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:30-3:30pm. If you're looking for further food assistance, contact Lauren Hanley, Director of Health Integration, at laurenhanley@metrowestymca.org or 508-879-4420 x239.

Launching 5/18/20, NEW virtual classroom opportunity: Y's Early Learners @ Home!

Valerie misses her enrichment participants and wants to give the children of the Y a chance to spend time with her while they read, do crafts and all sorts of other fun activities!

NEW OFFER! Begins May 18th. Virtual personal training at a reduced price for existing and new clients. Get personalized workout routines designed by a certified personal trainer that can be completed in your own home.(Members Only)

NEW Self Defense Class!

Register today! Program launches the week of May 18th. This unique class will teach essential techniques to protect you and your loved ones via the martial arts, namely Kempo, Karate and T'ai Chi.

Emergency Childcare Services

Emergency child care for ages 15 months through 5 th Grade. This care is offered to health care providers, first responders, and those who have to work in response to COVID-19. Learn more and sign up here.

Operation Donation

Partnering with local like-minded service organizations, the Y is the collection site for a variety of items including over the counter medicines, diapers, wipes, toilet paper, gift cards, toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dish detergent, crayons, coloring books, books, other at-home-learning tools and any other daily essentials.
