During this interruption in service, the MetroWest YMCA is working to find creative ways to fulfill our mission of delivering on our three areas of focus; Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility for all.
Below is a list of virtual and online resources for Y members, program participants and our greater community, put together by the staff team at the MetroWest YMCA. Please check back often as updates are made daily.

Grab 'N Go
FREE meals for children 18 and under. Pickup is Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 3:30pm – 5:00pm at our Framingham Branch. If you're looking for further food assistance, contact Lauren Hanley, Director of Health Integration, at laurenhanley@metrowestymca.org or 508-879-4420 x239.

Personal Training!
NEW OFFER! Begins May 18th. Virtual personal training at a reduced price for existing and new clients. Get personalized workout routines designed by a certified personal trainer that can be completed in your own home.(Members Only)

Operation Donation
Partnering with local like-minded service organizations, the Y is the collection site for a variety of items including over the counter medicines, diapers, wipes, toilet paper, gift cards, toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dish detergent, crayons, coloring books, books, other at-home-learning tools and any other daily essentials.
