Aquatics, Sports, Fitness, Enrichment, and Adventure for all ages! The Fall ll session begins on October 30. Register online or at the Framingham Branch. You do not need to be a member to register for programs.

Group Active:Get all the training you need in one hour— cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Group Fight: A gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength.
Group Power: Blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout.
Parkinson’s: Exercises to help improve balance, mobility, strength, endurance, cognition and flexibility.
Parkinson’s PWR!:Basic moves designed to target a skill known to deteriorate in people with Parkinson’s, which often lead to loss of mobility and function.
Pedal for Parkinson’s: Fast pedaling (80-90 RPMS) is not a cure for Parkinson’s disease, but there is compelling evidence to show that it does make a real difference. Dr. Clearance required to attend.
Pilates: Controlled movements to increase total body strength and flexibility.
Pilates HIIT:High intensity interval training (HIIT) with a focus on Pilates movements
Piloxing: Fusion workout blending Pilates, boxing, and dance.
Power Yoga/ Yoga Strength:Yoga postures with quicker movements while synchronizing breath
Senior Fitness:Low impact aerobics followed by muscle conditioning, flexibility and balance
Step and Strength:Cardio and strength class that uses the step for cardio aerobics
Strength and Cardio: A little bit of everything, different cardio formats and strength moves
Tai Chi: improve balance, reduce stress, reduce fear, and improve vitality. The class will help restore natural posture, breathing, and your life force to become stronger and improve vigor.
TRX: Suspension training using straps to improve strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility
Power Yoga/ Yoga Strength:Yoga postures with quicker movements while synchronizing breath
Yoga/ Vinyasa Flow:Physical, mental and spiritual practice which originated in ancient India
Zumba®-Latin and international upbeat fun music with dance rhythms from slow to face paced.
