The MetroWest YMCA is holding an INDOOR Triathlon on Sunday, April 2nd!
This event is perfect for anyone who has always wanted to try a triathlon or an avid triathlete looking for a tough workout day.
Your goal is to cover as much distance in 15 minutes on the swim, 25 minutes on the bike, and 20 minutes on the run.
