Senior Health & Wellness Fair

You are invited to the MetroWest YMCA, 280 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham, MA 01701, on May 25th to enjoy a Senior Health & Wellness Fair! 

We would love to welcome you to our Y community! Between 9:30 AM and 1 PM, we will have community vendors, facility tours, fitness demonstrations, free health screenings, and more! Lunch will be provided. 

Activities will include a Tai Chi demonstration, a talk on Parkinson's Fitness, blood pressure and diabetes screenings, and a nutrition expert on hand to answer questions.
