Tyler Reynolds

A lifelong camper and outdoor lover, Tyler grew up attending the local Boy's and Girl's club.  He worked as a summer camp lifeguard through college until graduating with a Bachelor's of Science from American International College in Psychology, and Criminal Justice.  After college, Tyler worked at a behavioral health organization in Worcester, Ma doing everything from direct care, to teaching in a residential school, to managing the agency's adventure program and ropes course.

Ken hails Upstate New York, but has had the joy of living in the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, and Virginia. After serving eight years in the Navy, he graduated from Old Dominion University in 2015 with a Master’s in Education. Ken is an Eagle Scout, and brings 10+ years of outdoor education, high ropes and summer camp experience.  In his free time, he enjoys kayaking, biking and hiking all over New England with his fiancée Alyssa.   

Matt Donato

Matt comes to us from the Guild of St. Agnes in Worcester working in both their administrative team and as a Schools Out Site Director.  Matt graduated with his BS in Communications from Salem State and is currently working on a Masters in Non-Profit Management from Worcester State.  He was a Corporal with the US Marines, worked at Ocean State Summer Pops Orchestra, and has run two marathons!  

Bill Mitchell

Bill joined the MetroWest YMCA’s Family Outdoor Center staff in May 2019 as an Adventure Education Facilitator and as part of the Summer Camp staff as a Ropes Course Specialist.  Prior to that Bill had a number of years of experience working in schools in Special Education roles and is a licensed teacher in Physical Education.  His out of school experience includes five years as a summer camp specialist (ropes) and over a decade of coaching youth and high school, and club sports.  Bill obtained his undergraduate degree in Physical Education from Ohio Wesleyan University and his Master’s in Education from the University of Miami (FL).  He is excited to take his various skills and experience into serving the members of the MetroWest YMCA Community.
