Healthy Living

Committed to helping in your pursuit of health and well-being

In communities across the nation, the Y is a leading voice on health and well-being. With a mission centered on balance, the Y brings families closer together, encourages good health and fosters connections through fitness, sports, fun and shared interests. As a result, millions of youth, adults and families are receiving the support, guidance and resources needed to achieve greater health and well-being for their spirit, mind and body.

At the MetroWest YMCA we can help get you started and help keep you on track. Wellness consultations and equipment orientations are included with your membership and encouraged for all, especially if you are just beginning or have had difficulty achieving your goals. Additional personal training is available for continued support.

Our Wellness Center offers a wide variety of state-of-the-art cardio equipment, including treadmills, AMT’s, ellipticals, bikes, rowers, and ARC Trainers.  Our strength training equipment includes Cybex and Life Fitness strength equipment and free weights.
