Personal Trainer Bios

Has been personal training, teaching large group weightlifting classes, and small group wellness classes for 4 years.  She designed, developed and grew Powerful Women and SportFit.  Lorelei's area of expertise include safely and effectively building strength and improving fitness levels of clients of various demographics, including men and women ages 14-80+, individuals with developmental delays, athletes, postpartum mothers and those recovering from injury or dealing with disease diagnoses.

Philosophy: Start where you are and work with what you’ve got. We can all fall into the trap of comparing where we are on our journey to where others are, or even where we “used” to be.  “Comparison is the thief of joy”. No matter our current circumstances, there are things all of us can do to improve our physical and mental health if we commit to ourselves.

When Lorelei is not working with clients or teaching you might find her weightlifting, learning from various trainers around the world, enjoying nature especially going to the ocean and playing in the sun.  She also loves watching cooking shows.
