Sports

We believe sports, fun and exploring new interests aren’t just for the young. Along with improving health, whenever teamwork is involved, there’s the added benefit of being connected to others. That’s why you’ll find a range of recreational activities at the Y. With something to offer everyone, there’s no such thing as being too old to get in the game.

Fall 2020 Programs

At the MetroWest YMCA we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our staff and participants as we return to offering programs. We have reduced our capacity, and modified our activities to allow for social distancing and limited the amount of sharing of equipment. We are also asking parents to participate in some of our classes to provide a safe opportunity for partner work.

Gymnastics

Children will work independently with help from a parent in a fun and playful environment. Your child will work on class basics such as taking turns, lining up and transitioning. Age appropriate skills will be taught to improve strength, flexibility and coordination. We are asking parents to participate this session to help create a successful class environment while keeping everyone safe.
