Food Distribution

FREE groceries from Loving Spoonful for children 18 and under. Pickup is Monday & Friday from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm (while supplies last) at our Framingham Branch. If you're looking for further food assistance, contact Lauren Hanley, Director of Health Integration, at or 508-879-4420 x239.

Personal Training!

NEW OFFER! Begins May 18th. Virtual personal training at a reduced price for existing and new clients. Get personalized workout routines designed by a certified personal trainer that can be completed in your own home.(Members Only)
