WEIGH TO CHANGE - STARTS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11
Join us for Weigh to Change, a 10-week lifestyle change program. Bring out your best self with help from our personal trainers, coaches, and Registered Dietitian! This program includes:
- 10 personal training sessions (30 minutes each)
- 3 small groups training sessions per week (45 minutes each)
- Two 1:1 nutrition consultations with a Registered Dietitian
- Two Styku body scans to measure progress and muscle changes
- Educational workshops
- Ongoing support from our Wellness team with newsletters and tips for success
Group training: Mondays and Thursdays @ 7:15 PM, Saturdays @ 8:15 AM

HEALTHY YOU – STARTS TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12
9/12 - 11/28
This 12-week program takes a whole-person approach to weight loss while focusing on multiple dimensions of well-being. This program is led by our registered dietician, Maggie Lynch RDN, LDN. Through weekly small group discussions and exercises, you will learn how to:
- Create a successful relationship with food and exercise
- Tackle stress, environmental distractions, poor sleep, and feeling overwhelmed
- Practice mindfulness and positive psychology
- Develop healthy habits
- Achieve your goals of balance and sustained progress
Tuesdays, 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM

HEALTHY FAMILIES - STARTS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11
This 8-week program is designed to help families your family learn practical ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lives. Class will meet twice a week. On Mondays, Registered Dietitian Maggie Lynch will lead family nutrition followed by a group physical activity with a certified personal trainer. On Saturdays, you’ll engage in fun, instructor-led games designed to increase your heart rate! Children must attend with an adult in their family. Evidence shows that weight management programs for children are more effective when the whole family is involved.
Healthy Families is FREE thanks to a generous grant by Boston Scientific.
