Need help jump starting your health and wellness goals? Don’t know where to start? Let us help you! Weigh to Change is a 10 week lifestyle change program open to individuals of all levels of fitness. Our trainers and dietitian work to meet you where you are and help you gain strength, endurance, and confidence to live a healthy lifestyle.  Our team is 100% dedicated to your success!


  • Weekly 30 minute personal training sessions
  • Weekly weigh ins and group meetings
  • Individual nutrition counseling
  • Recommended minimum of 3 weekly group training sessions (specifically for WTC participants)
  • Constant online support through our Facebook group
  • Before/middle/after Styku 3-D body scans
  • Nutrition and fitness workshops like shoe fittings and meal prep cooking 


A value of OVER $800, for $449 members / $649 non-members. Payment plans are available.

Winter: January 13th – March 22nd  

Spring: Cancelled due to coronavirus

Summer: Tenatively July 13th –September 20th
