Weigh to Change - Starts March 27th!
Join us for Weigh to Change, a 10 week lifestyle change program. Bring your best self with help from our personal trainers, coaches, and Registered Dietician!
We truly believe in the power and success rate of this program. It offers a unique combination of nutrition guidance, personal training, and small-group support.
This 10-week program includes:
- 10 personal training sessions, 30 mins each
- 3 small groups training sessions per week - 45 minutes each
(Monday and Thursday at 7:15 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM) - 2 one-on-one nutrition consultations with a registered dietician
- 2 Styku body scans (to measure progress and muscle changes)
- Educational workshops
- Ongoing support from our wellness team with newsletters and tips for success

Healthy You in 2023 - Starts April 25th!
This 12-week class will take a whole-person approach to weight loss that focuses on multiple dimensions of well-being.
Within a small group setting (15 people max), our registered dietitian, Maggie, will lead you through twelve (12), weekly sessions that will help you:
- Learn how to set yourself up for successful relationships with food and exercise
- Gain strategies for tackling stress, environmental distractions, poor sleep, and feeling overwhelmed
- Create pathways for achieving your goals of balance, mindfulness, and sustained progress
Participants will receive a downloadable journal to help track their progress.
The program will start April 25th and be held in-person on Tuesday nights from 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM at the Framingham branch.

Session 2: Look at how the environment and daily routines impact weight loss
Session 3: Goal-setting
Session 4: Putting it all together - create a plan
Session 5: Learn balanced eating

Healthy Families - Next Session Starts April 24th!
This 10-week program is designed to help your family learn practical ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercising into their lives.
This class will meet twice per week. On Mondays, registered dietician, Maggie Lynch, will lead family nutrition, then the group will do physical activity together with a certified personal trainer. This program will also meet on Saturdays to engage in fun, instructor led games designed to increase your heart rate! Children must attend with an adult in their family. Evidence shows that weight management programs for children are more effectrive when the whole family is involved.
This program is offered FREE to the community thanks to a generous grant by Boston Scientific.
