Healthy You in 2022

This brand new class will take a whole-person approach to weight loss that focuses on multiple dimensions of well-being.

Within a small group setting (15 people max), our registered dietitian, Maggie, will lead you through twelve (12), weekly sessions that will help you:

  • Learn how to set yourself up for successful relationships with food and exercise.
  • Gain strategies for tackling stress, environmental distractions, poor sleep, and feeling overwhelmed.
  • Create pathways for achieving your goals of balance, mindfulness, and sustained progress.

Participants will receive a downloadable journal to help track their progress. 

The program will be held in-person on Tuesday nights from 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM at the Framingham branch.

Session 1: Learn your relationship with food
Session 2: Look at how the environment and daily routines impact weight loss
Session 3: Goal-setting
Session 4: Putting it all together - create a plan
Session 5: Learn balanced eating
Session 6: Plan for physical activity
Session 7: Mindfulness
Session 8: Positive psychology strategies to promote flexible and accurate thinking
Session 9: Stress and Sleep
Session 10: Plan for special occasions 
Session 11: Sustain your progress
Session 12: Celebrate your achievements!

Weigh to Change

 

We will offer our signature Weigh to Change weight loss program beginning April 25.

 

We truly believe in the power and success rate of this program.

It offers a unique combination of nutrition guidance, personal training, and small group support.

 

The 7-week program offers:

  • 7 personal training sessions, 30 mins each
  • 3 small groups training sessions per week (45 minutes each).
    (Choose from the following schedule: -
    Monday and Thursday at 7:15 PM and Saturday at 8:30 AM)
  • 2 one-on-one nutrition consultations with a registered dietician 
  • 2 Styku body scans (to measure progress and muscle changes)
  • Ongoing support from our wellness team with newsletters and tips for success

 

Pricing:

 

Member: $345

Youth & Teen $431

Non-Member: $690

Virtual option: $200 for virtual-only option - no small group classes and personal training done virtually
