The MetroWest YMCA is expanding our virtual group exercise offerings! You can find most classes LIVE in our Facebook group, MetroWest YMCA Health & Wellness. Please allow 24-48 hours to be admitted into the group.

VIRTUAL Y
Members of the MetroWest YMCA can now access Y classes on their laptop, desktop or mobile device – wherever they are! Take control of your wellness journey with your favorite classes, even when you can't make it to the YMCA. Members: Use your MetroWest YMCA credentials to log in (the same login information you’ve used to register for other YMCA programs). If you do not have a current login for your online YMCA account, please contact us at Member Services at 508-879-4420 or memberservices@metrowestymca.org

Food Distribution Program
FREE groceries from Loving Spoonful for children 18 and under. Pickup is Monday & Friday from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm (while supplies last) at our Framingham Branch.
