Sitting on 122 acres next to the Ashland Reservoir, our beautiful Outdoor Center in Hopkinton features an outdoor pool, an indoor rock-climbing wall, ropes courses, a teaching kitchen, an archery shoot, and sports fields.
Adventures for All
The Hopkinton Outdoor Center is a space for exploration, discovery, and play, all while encouraging a healthy lifestyle and building a strong sense of community.
At the Outdoor Center, we offer:
- Year-round program sessions during the fall, winter, and spring when you can cook healthy recipes, connect with nature, perfect your archery skills, and much more
- Service days for school and corporate groups who will discover meaningful team-building experiences and work together to beautify our expansive property
- Birthday parties to give your child and their friends a memorable day with a variety of themed party packages to choose from
- Space rentals at Hayes Lodge for businesses of any size to host an event, meeting, or workshop (Wi-Fi available)
- Camp during the summer where youth ages 3 - entering grade 10 will enjoy exciting adventures every day while making friends and discovering new interests
Healthy Kids Day®
Saturday, April 27
Healthy Kids Day® is an annual event to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. We will have vendors and activities, including arts & crafts, indoor rock climbing, fitness challenges, archery, STEAM games, and more!
PLUS, join us for:
10am - 12pm: Project ABC Teddy Bear Picnic
10am - 1pm: Summer Camp Tours
10:30am*: Family Trail Run ($)
11:30am: Kids' Dash ($)
11am - 1pm: Lunch ($)
This event is FREE. Food will be available for purchase.

Join as a Member
As a member of the Outdoor Center, you will be a part of the Hopkinton Family Swim Club with access to our seasonal outdoor swimming pool in the evenings and on weekends.
Members receive discounted rates on summer camp and seasonal classes, plus, you will have access to programs and facilities like:
- Hiking trails
- Sports fields
- Tennis and basketball courts and, coming this spring - pickleball courts
- Weekly Open Climb and Open Rec
