Y STEAM Camp is a mid-sized camp (60 campers/week) that combines traditional camp activities with enriching experiences to prevent summer learning loss. Our counselors lead campers in science, technology, engineering, art, and math challenges based on weekly themes. Campers spend 50% of their day indoors, building friendships through hands-on activities, and the other 50% outdoors, enjoying activities like swimming and launching homemade rockets!
Y-STEAM Camp will be at Johnson Elementary School, 99 South Main Street, Natick, MA, for the summer of 2024. Johnson has a full playground, field space, and inside gymnasium, and we are looking forward to a great camp program!

What's included in Y STEAM Camp?
Swim lesson included
One benefit of choosing the MetroWest YMCA for summer camp is that every child enrolled will receive an instructional swim lesson! We will test your child's swim level at the start of the week. As your child's skills improve, we’ll automatically move them up to new levels. By the end of the summer, you will see why the Y is called "America's swim instructor!" Transportation to Clearbrook Family Swim Club outdoor pool is provided.
