The Family Outdoor Center is located in Hopkinton. Our facilities are not your typical YMCA; we have miles of wandering hiking and walking trails, outdoor pools and adventure facilities. Catering to serving our community all year long both indoors and outdoors with a focus on Adventure programs for Youth and Family.

Swim Lessons @ the Y

Y Swim Lessons have been re-organized into three new categories: Swim Starters, Swim Basics and Swim Strokes. Learn more here


The MetroWest YMCA wants MetroWest residents to know their risk for prediabetes and type 2 diabetes, as well as preventive steps they can take today to reduce the chances of developing the disease. Classes starting this spring: Mondays 10am-12pm time frame, Saturdays 10am-12pm time frame.
