Spring Renewal Yoga Retreat

Celebrate the season of renewal with a day of movement, mindfulness, and connection. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to explore a variety of yoga and mindfulness practices designed to restore balance and energy.
Beyond the mat, participants will enjoy meaningful connections over shared meals, making this the perfect outing for a group of friends or individuals seeking a reflective escape. Immerse yourself in nature, embrace a sense of belonging, and welcome spring with intention and awareness.
The retreat will take place outside. In the event of bad weather, it will be moved inside to Hayes Lodge. Please bring a yoga mat and two blocks. Optional items to bring include a pillow/bolster, blanket, lawn chair, and hiking shoes.

7:00 am - 7:30 am: Welcome Table/ Registration (Deck of Rec Lodge)
7:30 am - 8:30 am: Sunrise/ Morning Gentle Yoga
8:30 am - 9:30 am: Breakfast and May Day Activity (Fruit, granola, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee & tea)
9:30 am - 10:30 am: Mindful Self Compassion Session
10:45 am - 11:45 am: Vinyasa Flow
12:00 pm- 1:00 pm: Lunch (Salad, Sandwiches, Fruit) and Nature Walk
1:00 pm - 1:45 pm: Meditation/ Chi Gong
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Power Yoga into Tribal Yoga
3:30 pm - 3:35 pm: Group Om/ Chant
