Get Certified to Be a Lifeguard!

This blended learning course format (in-person and online) is for people ages 15 and up who want to get Red Cross certified in First Aid, CPR, AED, Lifeguard training and potentially work at the Y!

Functional Training (FT) is a fun, energetic high-intensity interval training class, or HIIT. FT is a progressive program designed to improve your endurance, muscular strength, and power through your total body exercises making you fit.

EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based group exercise program for older adults for fall prevention & help with symptoms of arthritis. The class offers simple, easy-to-learn movements and combines several key areas of fitness: cardio exercise, strength training, flexibility, and balance.
