GAUGE YOUR FITNESS

Get your baseline, set your goals, and track your progress.

  • InBody Scan. Our new, non-invasive InBody scan will assess what you are made of and give you a better understanding of your overall health by tracking your body composition: water, muscle, and fat. During the 30-minute appointment, your height and weight are measured, a 1-minute scan is performed, and you will receive a results sheet. A certified trainer will review your results and discuss training options. Cost: $20 for Members, $40 for Community Members

If you're interested, please contact Brooke Damboise: bdamboise1@metrowestymca.org

  • Fitness Assessment. This testing is used to predict chronic disease risk, quantify fitness levels, and assess performance to help identify areas of focus for your workout. An assessment includes resting vital signs; an InBody scan; and a cardiovascular, muscular, and flexibility test. Fitness Assessments take about 2-2.5 hours to complete. Cost $45 for Members, $90 for Community Members
