Where Future Leaders Begin
At the MetroWest YMCA, we believe in the power of young people to shape the future. Through the Changemaker Academy, we provide high school students with meaningful opportunities to unlock their potential, build real-world skills, and discover what they’re capable of achieving. Along the way, teens grow as leaders by putting the Y’s core values—caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility—into action.

Our fall cohort is full, but winter/spring interests are open. Please contact Abby Biser, Director of Changemaker Initiatives: abiser@metrowestymca.org
