We've Upgraded! Action Needed.

As we shared earlier this month, we’ve upgraded our registration system to make your YMCA experience even better—and we need your help!. Please log in to your new MetroWest YMCA PULSE account BELOW to ensure your information is correct.

Here’s what to do:

1.Set a new password:

  • Your member email will remain the same, but you will need to click “Forgot Password” and enter your email. You will be sent reset password login information to your member email. (the email will come from MetroWest YMCA )

2. Once you log in, click on “HOUSEHOLD” to add an emergency contact:

  • Click "HOUSEHOLD" in the menu on the left. Check to make sure that everyone on your membership is there. 
  • Click on your name/profile under “Household”. 
  • Click your name/profile again and add an emergency contact (first and last name and phone number) to the form that populates
  • Hit ‘Save” 

3. Click on “PAYMENT METHOD” to connect your payment method:

  • Payment Method – to add new payment method OR click on card you want to use for future billing. 
  • Click “Manage Future Billing” select your card in the drop down menu and check the box next to the product (your membership) you wish pay for

Equipment Fittings

Ready to start lifting weights but unsure where to begin? Sign up for a small group equipment fitting (max. 3 people) or book a one-on-one session with one of our trainers. We'll walk you through the cardio and strength machines in our Wellness Center, and you'll leave with a personalized workout card and the essentials to get you started confidently.

Getting Set Up in YMCA360

You can access YMCA360 from your smartphone, television streaming service, or laptop.

Download the YMCA360 app from Apple Store or Google Play Store.

To sign in, you will need to use the email address associated with your member account. You will be asked to retrieve a verification code from this email address to confirm entry.

Once you're in, you can set up your profile and access content. See the video below to learn more.

Member Get a Member

Full-access Framingham members can use unlimited guest passes to introduce their friends to the Y as a member benefit. That's right! You can bring as many friends as you want to the Y for free, but, your friend must be 18 years of age or older, and each guest can only use the free pass once. 

 

Through our Member-Get-A-Member program, if your friend joins as a full-access Framingham member (Does not apply to youth, teen, or Hopkinton memberships), you will get a $50 Visa gift card! Fill out the form to get started.
