Helping Youth & Teens Reach Their Full Potential

Young people are the future, and like the rest of us, they need ways to support their minds, bodies, and spirits. At the Y, there are opportunities for youth and teens to try new things and explore their interests in a safe space.

Adventure Team-Building

Our Adventure Education programs foster personal growth, increased self-esteem, and social-emotional learning for teens. They'll have opportunities to step out of their comfort zone and into a place of growth in a purposeful way.

Youth and teens can develop their team-building and leadership skills as a Leader-in-Training (LIT) or Counselor-in-Training (CIT). They will have opportunities to work with their peers, younger children, and the community.

Y Nights

For middle schoolers grades 6-8

On most Saturday nights during the school year, we close the Framingham Branch for our free youth-only Y Nights. Youth can choose from a variety of activities that may include basketball, indoor gaga ball, ping pong, and swimming. They may also have access to the Youth and Family and turf areas of our Wellness Center.
