Two Personal Training Sessions
Work one-on-one with a dynamic and supportive trainer. This package includes two 30-minute sessions to help you crush your fitness goals! Meet our trainers.
Free Month of FT Classes
Boost your endurance, strength, and power in a fun, team environment. This package includes one month of unlimited Functional Training (FT) classes. FT is a progressive, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class suitable for all levels. Classes are offered multiple times a week and must be redeemed during December, January, or February. Choose a Winter Program
Choose a free class during our winter program session (January 5-February 15). This includes youth and adult fitness, enrichment, cooking, and sports classes at the Framingham Branch. (Excludes youth aquatics, EBHI, and adult Weigh to Change.) Browse programs.

The MetroWest YMCA's Nutrition and Food Access Programs take a unique approach to education, sustainability, and community building.Restrictions Apply. This offer is valid for Framingham young adult, adult, family, and senior memberships. We will waive the joiner’s fee (up to $75 in savings) but a pro-rated monthly membership fee is due at registration (depending on your draft date). One person on the membership can redeem the free program offer. The free program offer does not include youth aquatics or adult Weigh to Change programs.
