Summer Camp

Join us for summer camp! With six camps and more than 30 program options, the Y has something for every child!

Programs for All Ages

Enjoy fitness classes, aquatics, enrichment, cooking, gardening, track and field, and more! 

Fitness

Small group specialty fitness classes for all ages. Learn boxing, strength training, cycle power and more! 

Aquatics

Water aerobics and water walking. Swim lessons for all ages. Indoor or outdoor lessons.

Enrichment

Starting at six months (with parent) our enrichment classes teach children through play. Music, art, counting, storytelling. Free with a Family membership!

Food & Garden

Help us grow and harvest veggies in our on-site garden, and then turn them into delicious recipes with our resident chef in our teaching kitchen! All ages.

Outdoor Adventure

Weekly archery, rock-climbing, ropes course, hiking, outdoor swimming pool, boating on the Ashland Reservoir, and so much more! 

Pickleball

We offer indoor and outdoor pickleball at our various locations. We also offer beginner clinics during the summer. 

Health Intervention Programs

We offer free, evidence-based health intervention programs to help individuals achieve and maintain good health. Programs include blood pressure monitoring, diabetes prevention, Livestrong for cancer survivors, and Parkinson's Wellness programs for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases and their caregivers. 

Special Events & Workshops

From parents' night out and family-friendly activities, to adult cooking classes and meet & greets, our events offer something to help all ages be connected.

Program Policies

PROGRAM POLICIES
  1. All classes require a minimum enrollment. The MetroWest YMCA reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment. If your class is cancelled, you will be notified before the start of the class, and a refund will be issued.
  2. In order to receive member rates for programs, your membership must be active through the entire program session.
  3. A full refund or program credit will be issued if a participant withdraws from the class after notifying the Program Director or authorized staff member at least 48 hours before the first class of the program session.
  4. A refund or credit will be issued if a participant is unable to attend a class due to a prolonged illness (3 or more weeks). This request must be made prior to the end of the program session and must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.
  5. If a program is not meeting your needs, please notify the Program Director.

Financial Assistance
