Ready to turn your garden harvest into tasty, tangy treats? In this hands-on workshop, led by our Farm-to-School Coordinator, Lindsey, you will harvest vegetables straight from our on-site garden. Then, you will make your own brine with herbs and spices to pickle cucumbers, carrots, beans, radishes, and more! We’ll also explore fun flavor twists, like garlic, dill, and spicy peppers!

Please bring a jar or two (extras available), an apron (optional), and a love for crunchy, tangy snacks!
