The MetroWest YMCA is a proud official partner of the Bank of America Boston Marathon Charity Program. 

The MetroWest YMCA has 10 invitational entry numbers to the Boston Athletic Association's 131st Boston Marathon on April 19th, 2027. 

IF YOU ARE:
- 18 (or will be by April 19th, 2027) and live in our local area
- Able to complete the course in 6 hours
- Confident that you can exceed the $8,500 fundraising goal for the Y programs

Currently, we are no longer accepting applications from runners who reside outside of Massachusetts. 

Additional requirements include:
- Nonrefundable application fee of $25

If selected you will be responsible for: 
- Boston Marathon registration fee of approximately $370
- Participation in training runs and other activities to connect you to the other MetroWest YMCA charity runners and the community on which you will have your impact 
- Participation in a mandatory team orientation (Date TBD)

Selected runners will received individualized personal training, including schedules, nutritional advice and support, weekly group runs, injury prevention and safety training and fundraising guidance and tools.
