Family Hatha Yoga

Location
Enjoy a peaceful morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection at the MetroWest YMCA Hopkinton Outdoor Center. Family Hatha Yoga is designed for all experience levels and offers a welcoming outdoor environment where families can relax, recharge, and enjoy the benefits of yoga together.
Led by instructor Hareendra Ikkurthi in partnership with the Art of Living Foundation, each session includes Hatha yoga, guided sun salutations, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation, and refreshments.
A parallel Kids' Yoga session for children ages 6–12 will be offered during the class, giving kids their own fun, age-appropriate yoga experience while adults practice nearby.
