Plant-Based Eating for Kidney Health

We will be joined by a local nephrologist to learn more about kidney health and how following a plant-based diet can improve overall kidney health. A vegetarian dish will be prepared and sampled. All participants will go home with recipes, resources, and their own seeds to grow fresh food at home!
