Family Hatha Yoga

Enjoy a peaceful morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection at the MetroWest YMCA Hopkinton Outdoor Center. Family Hatha Yoga is designed for all experience levels and offers a welcoming outdoor setting where families can relax, recharge, and experience the benefits of yoga together.

Led by instructor Hareendra Ikkurthi in partnership with the Art of Living Foundation, each session includes Hatha yoga, guided sun salutations, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation, and refreshments.

A separate Kids' Yoga session for children ages 6–12 will take place at the same time, giving kids a fun, age-appropriate yoga experience while adults practice nearby.
