MassSeniorGames is coming to the Y!

In this introductory clinic, you will learn about pickleball, disc golf, basketball shooting, power walking, shuffleboard, and cornhole. The clinic is designed for adults ages 40+ who have never played these sports and activities before or have little experience. 

You can try as many as you'd like!

EVENT SCHEULE: 

• 12:45 PM - Check in
• 1:00 - Overview of each activity
• 1:30 - 3:00 - Opportunity to practice these activities in small groups and with the instructor
