Fall Youth Sports at the Y

Ages 3-12

Sports are an excellent way for kids to stay active throughout the year! Our youth sports programs focus on fostering teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness while providing a fun and inclusive environment for kids of all skill levels. Through engaging coaching and a variety of sports, we aim to build confidence and develop essential life skills in young athletes.

Soccer

Framingham Branch
Ages 3-8

Soccer Skills and Drills is an indoor class that focuses on introducing technique. It is offered for ages 3-5, and ages 6-8. 

Youth Soccer League (ages 3-6)  will introduce your little one to game play outdoors. 

Mini Sports

Framingham Branch 
Ages 4-6

This is a great introductory class for kids to try sports like soccer, basketball, badminton, pickleball, and more! 

Basketball

Framingham Branch
Ages 5-12

Youth basketball introduces players to the skills they'll need to love the game and prepare for the season. Our 10-12 age group will end practices with 20 minutes of game play.

Lacrosse

Framingham Branch 

Ages 5-7

Little Lax is a great introduction to the sport of lacrosse with a focus on fundamental skills like catching, passing, ground balls, and scoring.

Floor Hockey

Framingham Branch
Ages 6-10

Players will learn the basics of floor hockey through practice and guided play each week.

Flag Football

Framingham Branch 
Ages 6-10

Learn core skills like throwing, catching, pulling flags, and running routes. This outdoor class is a great way to develop strength and build teamwork! 

Girls-Only Basketball

Framingham Branch
Ages 5-12

This class will focus on skill development and teamwork and conclude with game play each week. 

Volleyball

Volleyball
Ages 7-10

Bump, set, spoke! This introductory class will teach fundamental skills, strategies, and teamwork! Players of all levels are welcome.

Pickleball

Framingham Branch & Hopkinton Outdoor Center 
All Ages 12+

We offer open pickleball at the Framingham Branch and learning clinics at the Outdoor Center in Hopkinton. Players of all levels are welcome!

 

Archery

Hopkinton Outdoor Center
Ages 6+

Beginner Archery starts at age six, and we focus on range safety and foundational skills. Beginner/Intermediate and Advanced Archery (ages 10+) will build upon beginner level learning and help archers hone their form.
