Parent/Child Swim
Ages 6 months - 3 years
Parent/Child Swim Lessons begin at age 6 months, introducing young swimmers to the water and helping them gain their fins!
Parent/Child A: Ages 6-24 months
Parent/Child B: Ages 2-3
Parent/Child C: Ages 3+

Preschool Swim
Ages 3-5
Swimmers of all levels will learn to feel comfortable in the water or gain more confidence to take their skills up a notch.
Preschool 1: Water Acclimation
Preschool 2: Water Movement
Preschool 3: Water Stamina
Preschool 4: Stroke Introduction

School Age Swim
Ages 6-13
Youth swimmers will dive into various skills and techniques that can improve their confidence both above and under water.
School Age 1: Water Acclimation

School Age 3: Water Stamina
School Age 4: Stroke Introduction
School Age 5: Stroke Development
School Age 6: Stroke Mechanics

Aquatic Conditioning
Ages 10-16
This class is for students who have completed School Age 6 or can independently swim 50 yards of Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. It is designed for those interested in swimming competitively, with a focus on building endurance, refining stroke technique, and improving overall performance in preparation for swim meets.
