Treadmill 5k Turkey Trot

The Treadmill 5K Turkey Trot is back! Hop on a treadmill and join us for this annual Thanksgiving tradition. Participants of all fitness levels are welcome to complete the 5K individually or with friends and family.

Your participation helps raise funds for the MetroWest YMCA Annual Campaign, which provides financial support to individuals and families so they can access health and wellness opportunities.

Gather your friends and family, lace up your sneakers, and get moving for a great cause!
