At the Y, we offer opportunities for individuals and families to grow, stay active, and build healthy habits! 

From sports, aquatics, and fitness to enrichment, cooking, and nutrition education, our programs are designed to support health, learning, and connection at every age. 

You can search for programs by topic or by participant age. We offer parent-child classes, programs for senior citizens, and everything in between.

Program Policies

PROGRAM POLICIES

 
  1. All classes require a minimum enrollment. The MetroWest YMCA reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment. If your class is cancelled, you will be notified before the start of the class, and a refund will be issued.
  2. In order to receive member rates for programs, your membership must be active through the entire program session.
  3. A full refund or program credit will be issued if a participant withdraws from the class after notifying the Program Director or authorized staff member at least 48 hours before the first class of the program session.
  4. A refund or credit will be issued if a participant is unable to attend a class due to a prolonged illness (3 or more weeks). This request must be made prior to the end of the program session and must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.
  5. If a program is not meeting your needs, please notify the Program Director.
