Something for Everyone

Discover what’s happening at the MetroWest YMCA! From hands-on garden workshops and one-time cooking classes to family dinner nights, fitness events, sports clinics, and kids’ programs like Parents’ Night Out and Kids Day Out — there’s something for everyone. You’ll also find holiday parties, volunteer days, safety trainings, and special fundraisers that bring our community together.

Discover the rich musical traditions of Northern Ghana through authentic drumming, rhythms, and songs of the Dagomba people. Learn how traditional drums can reflect speech and communicate meaning while exploring the important cultural role of drummers as musicians, counselors, and keepers of history.

Hopkinton Outdoor Center

Open Climb

Fridays, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM in the Rec Hall
The indoor climbing gym is open to climbers of all ages, shapes, and sizes. If you can be appropriately harnessed, you may climb. The last hour is glow-in-the dark/black-light climb. Anyone over 18 wishing to belay must attend the belay class.
